5. Fitment and Compatibility

Vehicles may have been modified, may have different sub-models or production variations, or may require additional parts for proper installation. It is your responsibility to verify that a product is compatible with your vehicle before purchasing.

If you are unsure about fitment, contact us before placing your order. Our team is available to help you find the right part. Returning a product solely because it does not fit your vehicle is subject to our Return Policy.

6. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Insane Powersports is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

10. Product Safety and Assumption of Risk

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Send a written description of the issue to info@insanepowersports.com. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter within 30 days.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue legal remedies as outlined in Section 16.
